Important Update: Market Livestock Nominations Extended
Due to several participants experiencing issues with the online system, the market livestock nomination deadline has been extended to May 22, 2025.
Please Note:
- No family nominations will be accepted this year.
- Each animal must be nominated under the specific youth who will be showing it.
- If you are unsure which sibling will be showing a particular animal, it must be nominated under each potential exhibitor who may show it.
- If an animal was already nominated under one youth but should have been under another, you still have time to correct this before the new deadline.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to ensure a smooth and fair nomination process for all participants.

If you weren’t able to download your pictures when you entered, you can do so during this extended time. Many entries are missing pictures, so please check yours by following these steps:
- Log into your account.
- Go to your cart and click Edit.
- Select View/Print Transactions.
- Upload your files.
Check your animals’ pictures to ensure they downloaded correctly.
Nominations through Showworks online will remain open until May 15. Families will submit pictures of the animals and upload them for nomination. All fees will be taken online as well. Sheep and Goats will be nominated with the entire premise ID tag, Swine will be nominated with an 840 or ISF tag and ear notch, and Beef will be nominated with ISF tag. Entries will be open from June 15 to July 15. Participants will be able to choose from the list of nominated animals to enter and they will also be able to enter any breeding animals at that time.
BEEF NOMINATIONS:
A $20.00 per head nomination fee must accompany nomination.
SHEEP & MEAT GOAT NOMINATIONS:
A $10.00 nomination fee must accompany nomination.
SWINE NOMINATIONS:
A $10.00 nomination fee must accompany nomination.
