Plans are in process for the 119th Annual Inter-State Fair & Rodeo in Coffeyville, and we invite you to bring your concession stand to the fair! This year’s dates are August 9-15th, 2026. Below you will find a link to an online application. Please fill out the Google Form. If your Concession Stand is chosen, we will send an invoice to collect payment.
Concession Options
For full concession (Drinks & Food) your cost will be $850, plus a refundable cleaning deposit of $100, which is returned upon inspection of your area. The $850 fee includes a $50 charge for trash pickup during the evening hours. Please list ALL menu items to be sold. All menus will be approved item-by-item and only those approved items will be sold.
Your concession fee of $950 is payable by July 20, 2026.
For partial concession ( Drinks or Snow cones Only) your cost will be $450, plus a refundable cleaning deposit of $100, which is returned upon inspection of your area. The $450 fee includes a $50 charge for trash pickup during the evening hours. Please list ALL menu items to be sold. All menus will be approved item-by-item and only those approved items will be sold.
Your concession fee of $550 is payable by July 20, 2026.
RV Camping Spots
RV camper spaces may be available to park your RV or camper. Please indicate on the application if you would like to reserve a space. If your payment is not received by August 1st you will not be able to set up during the Fair.
Insurance
Your Certificate of Insurance must list Montgomery Co. Fair Association/Inter-State Fair & Rodeo as an additional insured. Your certificate must be received NO LATER than August 1, 2026. If it is not, then you will be added to the Fair policy for an additional $88.
Please note, all fees will be forfeited if your concession must be removed for disciplinary reasons.
Logistics
Concessions may be set up on Monday, August 10th from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. If your booth is not set up by Tuesday, August 11th at 4:00 p.m., you may lose your space. Please check-in at the Fair Office prior to setting up.
The Inter-State Fair & Rodeo has a product agreement with Imperial LLC of Coffeyville to service all concession vendors during the fair. The product will be on site to meet your needs. All soft drinks AND water sold must be purchased from Imperial LLC of Coffeyville. Concession Vendors will complete forms provided in the Fair Office and all drinks will be C.O.D. when delivered to your stand.

The City of Coffeyville will have no tolerance for dumping of grey water. The following is a copy of the article regarding Grey Water Dumping and the penalties that will be imposed if anyone violates the provisions.
Sec. 13-3. Unlawful deposits on streets and in parks.
It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place, deposit or leave or cause to be thrown, placed, deposited or left in or on any of the public streets, highways, alleys, parks or thoroughfares of the city any dirt, filth, sewage, sweepings, dung, excrement, compost, papers, stable manure, boxes, ashes, lumber, coal, wood, kindling, tin cans, grass, weeds, vegetables, slops or litter of any kind. (Code 1965, & 18-101)
Sec. 13-12. Penalty.
Every person who violates the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred ($500.00) or be confined in the city jail not to exceed three (3) months, or be both so fined and imprisoned.
