We invite you to exhibit at our 2023 Inter-State Fair & Rodeo scheduled for August 13-19. Past years attendance has exceeded 75,000 people. With this kind of turnout, our fair offers you an excellent opportunity to showcase your goods to a wide variety of folks from the 4-state area.
The area available for rent is as follows:
Outside exhibits – over 50 exhibit spaces available:
- All outside spaces, 25′ front ………… $100.00
- Full RV Hook-ups ………………………. $180.00
There are no indoor spaces available for exhibits.
Exhibitors may set up displays on Tuesday, August 15 from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. Electricity is provided to each exhibitor.
A sales tax packet will be provided to you upon check-in at the Fair office. The event sales tax account number in this packet may be used in lieu of being registered with the Kansas Department of Revenue IF you participate in no more than two events in a given year. YOU MUST REMIT SALES TAX IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE EVENT when using the EVENT sales tax account number.
If you desire to join us as an exhibitor, please complete the application below. We will reserve a space for you upon receipt of your check. We cannot make refunds after space has been reserved. Return application with payment to: Inter-State Fair& Rodeo P.O. Box 457 Coffeyville, KS 67337. We reserve the right to refuse any items of annoyance or items not considered for the public good. Only knives up to the legal limit of 4” may be sold, and NO laser lights are allowed. The upkeep and cleaning of your spot(s) is your responsibility. If your spot is left with trash/debris, you will not be allowed to return to ISFR.

The City of Coffeyville will have no tolerance for dumping of grey water. The following is a copy of the article regarding Grey Water Dumping and the penalties that will be imposed if anyone violates the provisions.
Sec. 13-3. Unlawful deposits on streets and in parks.
It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place, deposit or leave or cause to be thrown, placed, deposited or left in or on any of the public streets, highways, alleys, parks or thoroughfares of the city any dirt, filth, sewage, sweepings, dung, excrement, compost, papers, stable manure, boxes, ashes, lumber, coal, wood, kindling, tin cans, grass, weeds, vegetables, slops or litter of any kind. (Code 1965, & 18-101)
Sec. 13-12. Penalty.
Every person who violates the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred ($500.00) or be confined in the city jail not to exceed three (3) months, or be both so fined and imprisoned.
