SUNDAY, AUG. 9, 2026
Barns will open at 12:00 PM for all livestock. All livestock must be in place by designated weigh-in/check-in time.
MONDAY, AUG. 10, 2026
All livestock need to arrive before their weigh-in times begin.
- 8 – 10 am – Weigh-in/Check-in all swine. Swine unload at the west gate.
- 10 – 11 am – Check-in bucket calves at the show ring
- 10 am – 12 pm – Weigh-in Market Steer and Commercial Heifers
- 10 am – 12 pm – Check-in Registered Breeding Beef at their stalls
- 8 am – 12 pm – Check-in Rabbit and Poultry
- 1:00 pm – Weigh-in Market Broilers. Exhibitor needs to be present.
- 3 – 4 pm – Weigh-in/Check-in all goats
- 4 – 5 pm – Weigh-in/Check-in all lambs
TUESDAY, AUG. 11, 2026
- 8:00 am – Swine Show
- 6:30 pm – Fitting Contest in Show Arena
WEDNESDAY, AUG. 12, 2026
- 8:00 am – Rabbit Show
- 9:00 am – Sheep Show
- 1:00 pm – Poultry Show
- 4:00 pm – Goat Show
- Swine that want to pull from the sale need to tell the office by 4:00 PM
THURSDAY, AUG. 13, 2026
- 8:00 am – Market Steer Show
- Prospect Steer Show & Junior Open Heifer Show immediately following Market Steer Show
- Sheep, goats and steers that want to pull from the sale need to tell the office by 1:00 PM
- 4:00 pm – Bucket Calf Interviews
