Camper trailer parking facilities are available at Walter Johnson Park. Spaces will need to be reserved in advance. First right of refusal will be given to spot holders from the year previous. To reserve a spot, please complete the form below.

The camper fee this year is $90.00 (water and electric) or $180.00 (full service) for the week of August 13-19, 2023.

If you plan to drop your camper unattended, please ensure that you are in the correct space.  Enclosed is a map of the camping area with numbered spaces for your use.

Please indicate on the form which accommodation you would like.  If you wish to park your camper any other days, you will have to make arrangements with the City of Coffeyville.

Camper reservations fees must be received by July 1^st, 2023 or your spot will be given to the next person on the waiting list. If you were on the waiting list and got the call we have a spot for you, you will have until July 8^th to pay. If we have not received payment for the camping spot (for people who are from the wait list) by July 8^th, 2023 you will no longer be on the ISFR camping list and you will have to pay for your spot through the City of Coffeyville at their rates. No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations.

You will receive ONE parking pass.  If you need additional parking passes, they are available at the Fair Office for $10.00.  This pass will be valid for the entire fair week, August 13-19, 2023.

Campers and livestock trailers will not be allowed to park next to the livestock barns. Livestock trailers will be allowed to unload next to the barns, and then move to the designated trailer parking area.
