YOUTH PREMIUM LIVE FOOD AUCTION
The Youth Premium Live Food Auction recognizes outstanding youth culinary exhibits while providing exhibitors with the opportunity to earn premium support from buyers.
ELIGIBILITY

Open to exhibitors in the Peewee, Junior, Intermediate, and Senior age divisions.

Eligible entries include exhibits from the Food Preparation category.Exhibits must receive a Purple Ribbon.

Exhibitors must indicate their intent to participate at the time of entry.
ENTRY LIMITS
-
Each exhibitor may sell a maximum of two (2) exhibits per eligible category.

If an exhibitor earns more qualifying Purple Ribbon exhibits than permitted, the judge will designate the exhibitor’s auction entries.

Exhibitors whose entries are selected for the Live Food Auction must provide the quantity specified in the class description for auction.

ADULT PREMIUM LIVE FOOD AUCTION
The Adult Premium Live Food Auction recognizes outstanding culinary exhibits entered in the Adult and Lives with Assistance age divisions.
ELIGIBILITY

Open to Adult and Lives with Assistance exhibitors only.

Eligible entries include exhibits from the Food Preparation category.Exhibits must receive a Purple Ribbon.

Exhibitors must indicate their intent to participate at the time of entry.
ENTRY LIMITS

Each exhibitor may sell one (1) exhibit in the Live Food Auction.

If an exhibitor earns more qualifying Purple Ribbon exhibits than permitted, the judge will designate the exhibitor’s auction entries.

Exhibitors whose entries are selected for the Live Food Auction must provide the quantity specified in the class description for auction.

Adult Exhibitor: 70%

CHAMPION’S ROW SILENT AUCTION
The Champion’s Row Silent Auction is reserved for all Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion exhibits on Champion’s Row that are not eligible or selected for the Live Food Auction.
EXCEPTIONS
At the discretion of the judges and the Inter-State Fair and Rodeo Exhibits Committee, additional exhibits awarded a purple ribbon may be chosen to be placed in the silent auction.
PARTICIPATION

Exhibitors must indicate at the time of entry whether their exhibit is available for the Silent Auction.

Exhibits marked “Not Available for Auction” remain eligible for ribbons, placings, and display on Champion’s Row.
SALE REQUIREMENTS

Sold exhibits shall remain on display until the official release time.

Food Preservation exhibitors selected for Champion’s Row must provide two (2) unopened jars or bags of the qualifying exhibit.

Photography exhibitors selected for Champion’s Row may donate the original mounted photograph or provide a duplicate print of the same size and quality.
PREMIUM DISTRIBUTION

Youth Exhibitors: 95% to Exhibitor, 5% to ISFR.

Adult & Lives with Assistance Exhibitors: 70% to Exhibitor, 30% to ISFR.
